Funds Managed by Libra Advisors, LLC Acquire Common Shares of NuLoch Resources Ltd. for Investment Purposes

TORONTO, Oct. 14 /CNW/ – Libra Advisors, LLC (“Libra”) announced todaythat Libra Fund, L.P. and Libra Offshore Master Fund, L.P. (the “Funds”)acquired 811,000 Class a common shares (“common shares”) of NuLoch ResourcesLtd. (“NuLoch”) at a price of $1.25 per common share pursuant to an offeringof NuLoch that closed today.
On September 23, 2010, the Funds also acquired 4,789,000 common shares ofNuLoch at a price of $1.26 per common share. As a result of these acquisitionsand together with previously held shares, the Funds now hold 14,432,891 commonshares representing approximately 12.3% of the total outstanding common sharesof NuLoch.
The Funds acquired the common shares for investment purposes and may,from time to time, acquire additional securities of NuLoch or dispose of suchsecurities as they may deem appropriate.
